Not long ago - but it feels like so long now (thanks pandemic) - Gabby and Steven got married at Perona Farms and boy, was it a day. I felt so lucky to be there, especially because they called me in the middle of a normal day of chaos - the family dog had just ran through the front door because Jackson had figured out door handles, so naturally he went running out after her (which means, in his diaper because my kids are determined to not wear clothes while at home). For some reason, they still wanted to meet with me, and what a beautiful day it was. Gabby and Steven are two of the most wonderful clients I’ve had - they’re both first responders, from a family of first responders, and I’ve been so lucky to keep working with this awesome family! I also got to photograph their family again last year at Steven’s sister Stefaney’s wedding (stay tuned, it’ll be on the blog soon too!).
Perona Farm’s barn was the perfect setting for this day, and deserves to be mentioned! They had everything a couple would need - and with the beautiful blue sky it was the best. The whole day was pulled together with amazing food, beautiful flowers, a smores station by the fire pit and all of the love from this couple and their family.
